40 Years ago Pressure Point was formed by four high school friends in Staten Island, NY. After a ton of amazing shows and so many great memories we went our separate ways..always staying in touch, reminiscing about the crazy times we had in those days.

A few years ago our fearless leader Frankie lost his battle with Cancer. It was devastating to say the least. After his passing, a group of our musician friends from high school decided to hold a benefit concert in his name raising money for a new cancer wing at a local hospital.

We recruited our long time friend, Carl Rizzo, an amazing guitarist to join us. As for Vocals there really was only one choice, Frankie’s fiancee, and incredible singer, Allison Hellow. We were ecstatic that she decided to join us! 

There is no way to convey the feelings at our first rehearsal. To play those songs again after 40 years with Frankie’s girl singing his parts. Not gonna lie, there were some tears…and a lot of smiles too! We had no idea what to expect on the night of the show. Of course there were friends and family there… but there were a whole lot of people that didn’t even know that Frankie was a musician. Boy were they surprised. We tore that theatre up… The crowd was right there with us.

After the show we decided to record these songs to hopefully raise money in Frankie’s name. Take a listen, then listen again. All money earned will be donated in Frankie’s name.
